Fort Boise Wildlife Management Area north of Parma is an Upland Game Bird Permit release area, and Canada goose Area 1 opens October 19, 2026.
The Ford Idaho Center and the College of Western Idaho are here, and Fort Boise and Roswell Marsh, both state-managed bird ground, lie out past Parma toward the Snake.
