Return Policy

At Idaho Gun Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we offer returns within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions.

Return Eligibility

• Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
• Products must be in original, unfired condition with all packaging and accessories
• Ammunition and consumable items cannot be returned once opened
• Custom or special-order items may not be eligible for return
• A Return Authorization (RA) number must be obtained before shipping any return

How to Return an Item

2. Provide your order number and reason for return
3. Receive a Return Authorization (RA) number
4. Ship the item back in its original packaging with the RA number clearly marked
5. Receive your refund within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the item

Firearm Returns

Firearms must be returned through a licensed FFL dealer. The firearm must be in unfired, original condition. Return shipping for firearms must comply with all federal and state regulations. A restocking fee of 15% may apply to firearm returns.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
