Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Idaho Gun Shop website or making a purchase. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase long guns and ammunition, and at least 21 years old to purchase handguns. All firearm purchases are subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws. Buyers must pass a NICS background check before taking possession of any firearm.

Products and Pricing

All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time. While we strive for accuracy, product descriptions and images may vary slightly from actual products.

Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Payment must be received before orders are processed. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. All firearm orders must be shipped to a licensed FFL dealer for transfer.

Limitation of Liability

Idaho Gun Shop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Idaho. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ada County, Idaho.
